nOURish BRIDGEPORT, Inc. is a food-centered, volunteer-powered, community-anchored not-for-profit, bringing hope to Bridgeport through direct service programs. In a years-long partnership, members of Salisbury UCC regularly visit nOURish BRIDGEPORT, Inc., helping to prepare and serve meals and carrying our affection and committed support to our neighbors.
The Salisbury Housing Committee creates affordable rental housing; the Salisbury Housing Trust develops affordable housing for ownership. These two groups of volunteers lead our community in advocating on behalf of neighbors who would otherwise be unable to reside in Salisbury because of our skewed housing prices.

EXTRAS (Extended Time for Recreational Activities in Salisbury) is a Connecticut state-licensed non-profit housed at Salisbury Central School. The mission of EXTRAS is to provide an affordable, safe and educational environment for school-age children while encouraging positive social, emotional and physical development.
