Worship with Us!
Whoever you are, wherever you are on life’s journey, you are welcome!
We gather together as the Congregational Church of Salisbury, United Church of Christ, to seek God’s presence, to ask forgiveness for our sins, and to ask for God’s blessing. We join our hearts and voices in thanksgiving and praise as we hear the word of God, gain insight and strength for the week to come, knowing we are all brothers and sisters called to ministry in God’s kingdom. We gather to reaffirm our commitment to love and serve both God and neighbor.
Sunday Morning Service
Worship is held every Sunday at 10:00am in the Meetinghouse.
On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate communion (the Lord’s Supper), and welcome every person to the table. We understand the sharing of the bread and the cup in Jesus’ name to be a reenactment of an ancient vision of God’s feast for all people. We don’t require you to be a member of our church, or any church, to participate with us in this feast of grace: all that is needed is that you desire God’s nurture.
Children are welcome to participate in communion.
We use gluten-free bread and unfermented grape juice in an effort to remove barriers to anyone’s participation in the sacrament.

The Salisbury Housing Committee creates affordable rental housing; the Salisbury Housing Trust develops affordable housing for ownership. These two groups of volunteers lead our community in advocating on behalf of neighbors who would otherwise be unable to reside in Salisbury because of our skewed housing prices.
